Shipping Information
Processing Time
All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods
We offer fast and secure shipping to ensure your luxury items arrive in perfect condition. All shipments are fully insured and trackable.
Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
International Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on location)
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
How to Return
1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
3. Include all original tags, authenticity cards, and accessories
4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist with an exchange, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items without original tags
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
